3D CAD Design in Gatineau–Ottawa

Do you have an idea, a broken part, or a problem to solve? Tmoov3D designs precise 3D models, designed to be manufactured, assembled, and used in real-world conditions. From initial design to final prototype, we support you every step of the way.

YOU DON'T NEED A 3D FILE TO START

An idea, a sketch, a photo or an existing part is all you need to start your 3D design project.

For industrial companies, museums, inventors, and custom projects

01

PROJECT ANALYSIS

We define the function of the part, its dimensions, its usage constraints and the objectives to be achieved before the design.

03

VALIDATION AND ADJUSTMENTS

We present the design to you in order to confirm the dimensions, shape, required adjustments and main functional elements.

02

3D DESIGN

We create the 3D model taking into account tolerances, assemblies, the chosen material and the planned manufacturing method.

04

prototype or file

We manufacture the prototype or deliver the STEP, STL or 3MF files prepared according to the technical requirements and manufacturing method.

THREE WAYS TO MAKE YOUR PROJECT A REALITY

Whether you wish to create a custom part, reproduce an existing component or develop a prototype, each design is tailored to its actual use and manufacturing process.

3D MODEL REPRODUCTION OF A BROKEN PART

Reconstruction d’une pièce cassée en modèle 3D dans Fusion 360 à Gatineau

When a part is broken, worn, or becomes difficult to replace, it can serve as a reference for reconstructing a new 3D model. We analyze its shape, dimensions, attachment points, and function to recreate its geometry in Fusion 360. The design can then be corrected, reinforced, or adapted before manufacturing a prototype or a new functional part.

DIGITAL RECONSTRUCTION

FROM BROKEN PART TO MACHINE RETURNED TO SERVICE

This replacement part was designed for an old commercial ice cream machine used in a convenience store. Since the original part was broken and no longer available, we recreated its geometry in Fusion 360 from the existing component. The dimensions, mounting points, and strength were then adjusted before the new part was manufactured and installed. This custom solution allowed the equipment to be put back into service without having to replace the entire machine.

3D SCANNING FOR REPRODUCTION OF COMPLEX PARTS

3D SCANNING & REVERSE ENGINEERING

3D printing.png

When certain shapes are difficult to measure manually, 3D scanning allows the geometry of an existing part to be captured. The digitized data then serves as a reference for reconstructing an accurate, modifiable CAD model suitable for 3D printing or manufacturing.

GEOMETRY CAPTURE

Digitization of shapes, curves, surfaces and details that are difficult to capture with conventional measuring tools.

CAD MODEL RECONSTRUCTION

Transformation of scan data into a clean, modifiable and usable 3D model for reproduction of the part.

ADAPTATION FOR MANUFACTURING

Correction of dimensions, reinforcement of fragile areas and preparation of the model according to the material and process chosen.
