WHEN THE STANDARD FORMAT IS NO LONGER ENOUGH
Most professional 3D printers are limited to relatively compact build volumes. Our large-format capabilities help reduce assemblies, joints, and finishing operations when the project geometry allows, while keeping production local in Gatineau.

Designed for large parts, prototypes, jigs, museum elements, and custom components. This format reduces assembly joints and allows certain geometries to be produced as a single piece with simpler finishing.
LARGE FORMAT
LARGER ROOMS, WITH LESS ASSEMBLY
Printing a large part in one piece can reduce the number of seams, simplify assembly, and improve visual continuity. When the part exceeds our maximum volume, it can also be intelligently divided into several sections designed to facilitate assembly and finishing.
MATERIALS SUITABLE FOR LARGE FORMAT
The choice of material becomes even more important as the dimensions increase. We select materials capable of maintaining good stability, appropriate strength, and consistent results on large parts.
Dimensional stability, excellent surface finish, and cost-effective. Ideal for prototypes, jigs, decorations, and large pieces used primarily indoors.
PLA
More resistant to impacts and humidity. Suitable for large-format functional parts, supports, and components that require greater robustness.
PETG
Good flexibility, effective shock absorption and vibration resistance. Ideal for protective components, interfaces and large parts requiring some flexibility.
